About Me

I am a graduate student supervised by Dr. Wenyao Xu in the Embedded Sensing and Computing (ESC) Lab at the University at Buffalo, where I began my Ph.D. in Fall 2025.

My research interests lie in Smart Health, Mobile Computing, and Mobile Health, focusing on bridging the gap between physiological signals and machine learning algorithms to develop more effective and intelligent healthcare solutions.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2024. During my undergraduate studies, I worked as a Software Engineer at eSewa, a leading fintech company in Nepal, and also gained experience as a Technical Writer and Software Engineer at Programiz, an e-learning platform that provides beginner-friendly programming resources and tutorials.

eSewa is Nepal’s first and most trusted digital wallet, with over 10 million registered users and 350,000+ merchants.
As a Software Engineer, I focused on building high-performance iOS applications and implementing AI-driven features for user experience and security.

Mobile Engineering: Designed and developed core features for eSewa’s iOS app using Swift, UIKit, and Combine.
AI & ML Integration: Implemented Core ML models for behavior prediction, fraud detection, and adaptive UI.
Frameworks & Design Patterns: Applied MVC, MVP, and clean architecture to maintain modular, scalable codebases.
UI & UX: Created responsive, user-centric layouts using Auto Layout and programmatic UI.
